Cancellation Policy
1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour. 1.2 Payments are refundable up to 3 months prior to the tour start date, minus a 5% processing fee to cover administrative costs. 1.3 Cancellations made less than 3 months before the start of the tour are non-refundable. 1.4 You may transfer your booking to another participant up to 15 days prior to the tour start date, subject to written notification and approval from the Company. An administration fee may apply. 2.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you are in suitable health and fitness to participate in the tour. 2.2 Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and trip cancellation. 2.3 By participating in the tour, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in travel and activities, and you agree to assume these risks. 3.1 If the minimum number of participants is not met, the Company reserves the right to cancel the tour no later than 60 days before the start date. In such cases, you will receive a full refund. 3.2 The Company is not liable for changes or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events. Refunds or credits may be provided at the Company's discretion. 3.3 The Company reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other logistical reasons. No refunds will be issued for such changes. 4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation. 4.2 Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe. No refunds will be provided in such cases. 4.3 The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. 5.1 The Company works with trusted third-party providers for accommodation, transportation, and activities. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure safety and quality, it is not liable for the actions or negligence of third-party providers. 5.2 The Company is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss suffered during the tour unless caused by the Company’s proven negligence.
